Stressed? Let us help you! Put your VR Headset and release your stress by smashing glass using a bat, popping balloons using a gun, shooting an enemy spaceship using a laser gun, etc. De:Stress features 5 minigames for you to choose from.

This game was made by Team Tr0jan in 3 months for our Capstone/Thesis project.
Made with Unity and SteamVR. Tested with HTC Vive, We haven't tested its compatibility with other headsets.

Unfortunately, I'm not as young as I was 20 years ago. And now I'm experiencing a lot of stress at my job. Besides, I have two children at home, so it's hard to relax and relieve stress. And recently my friend advised me to try a website with various reviews of stress relief exercises. Then, following their advice, I decided to try one method and the very next evening I felt noticeably better. I recommend it!
